Get the kids involved in Easter a little differently this year and help them bring together pizza and chocolate for a divine dessert.
It’s simple enough that they could make it with a little bit of supervision.
Bad Boy Chocolate Pizza with hazelnut spread, pure melted chocolate chunks, and passionately roasted marshmallows
Ingredients:
1 pizza base
2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
1 sliced banana
1 cup hazelnuts
1/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (recommended: Nutella)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped large marshmallows or mini marshmallows
Method:
1. Position the oven rack on the bottom of the oven and preheat to 230°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Brush the dough with melted butter. Bake until the crust is crisp and pale golden brown, about 20 minutes.
3. Immediately spread the chocolate-hazelnut spread over the pizza then sprinkle with the chocolate chips, banana, hazelnuts and marshmallows.
Bake until the chocolate just begins to melt, about 2 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
