Macadamias are an Australian born nut containing the highest amount of good fats in any nut, not to mention the fact that they are delicious.
CEO of Australian Macadamias Jolyon Burnett encourages the use of Australian flavours and ingredients in our entertaining menus this festive season. It helps to support local industry as well as bringing an Australian flavour to our Christmas traditions.
We have been able to get our hands on some fabulous looking Christmas macadamia recipes to share with you and this first one for Christmas Spiced Macadamias looks to be not only delicious but also simple. One I will definitely be trying, if only for myself.
