Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka and Cloudy Apple

The Signature Serves collection is growing!

April has seen the release of two fabulous new flavours from the world’s leading spirits – Gordon’s Gin and Ocean Spray Ruby Red Grapefruit and Smirnoff No. 21 and Cloudy Apple. These two new flavours join the popular, and tasty, Smirnoff Vodka and Blood Orange and Smirnoff Vodka and Ocean Spray Cranberry in the Signature Serves range.

Signature Serves is a collection of premium ready to serve drinks that combine leading quality spirits with adult mixers to supply the bar taste in the comfort of your own home.

The Signature Serves range offers a convenient alternative to beer and wine for all of your get-togethers at home. The setting and the atmosphere may be casual but the drinks you serve don’t have to be. The Signature Serves offer a bar quality drink with a crisp, refreshing and distinctive taste.

Packaged in a convenient multi-serve 2L box these are the perfect drinks whether you are having friends around or going to spend some time with family at someone else’s house. A great option to share or to keep in your fridge for anytime the urge strikes you.

I have just had the pleasure of trying out the Smirnoff No. 21 and Cloudy Apple which is a combination of the world’s No. 1 vodka and fresh Cloudy Apple juice. Now, apple juice is not something I ever would have thought to mix with my vodka because it is quite tart and, when I really think about it, apple juice has always seemed like a breakfast juice to me.

Having said that I really did go into this with an open mind and inquisitive palate, I was intrigued to discover how the two flavours combined and what Cloudy Apple tasted like because that’s another one I hadn’t heard of.

The Smirnoff No. 21 and Cloudy Apple has a very refreshing flavour and goes down very smoothly. It is not carbonated which makes it much easier to drink, for longer. There is no bloating late in the night from all the bubbles so you can enjoy this drink for longer.

The Cloudy Apple flavour of this Signature Serve is distinctly apple, without that tarty bitey apple burn. It is a more subtle apple than a normal apple juice and it combines with the vodka beautifully. It is thicker than I expected it to be, a much fuller bodied liquid which made it just perfect to sip casually all by itself ultra cold.

It is suggested to serve chilled over ice. I went with chilled no ice and was pleasantly impressed.

This convenient, pocket-friendly Signature Serve is now available in all leading bottle shops Australia wide with an RRP of $28.99.
