Recipe: Toasted Sourdough with Nutella, Strawberries, Passionfruit and Mint

Chances are, Nutella won’t last long in your house. But if you’re looking for a new way to enjoy this delicious spread, we have you covered.

Here is an easy peasy recipe for toasted sourdough with Nutella, strawberries, passionfruit, and mint. It’ll be a new family favourite.

Ingredients (1 serving): 

  1. 1 slice sourdough toast 
  2. 15g (1 Tbsp) Nutella® 
  3. 3–4 strawberries, sliced 
  4. Pulp from 1 fresh passionfruit 
  5. Mint leaves, to garnish 

Method:  

1. In a small bowl, combine the strawberries, passionfruit pulp, and mint. 

2. Toast the sourdough and transfer it to a plate. 

3. Spread Nutella® over the warm toast, then top with the fruit mixture. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.

Tip: 15g of Nutella® per person is the perfect amount to enjoy its rich, delicious flavour.
