Recipe: Banana and Berry Smoothie

Not everyone likes to eat a solid breakfast, so how about this delicious liquid breakfast filled with divine goodness.

BANANA AND BERRY SMOOTHIE


Enjoy this delicious summer smoothie!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Sanitarium So Good Lite soy milk or dairy milk
• 1 Gluten Free Weet-Bix
• 1 banana, chopped
• ½ cup fresh or frozen berries

Weet-Bix-Fruit-Smoothies

METHOD

1. Chill two serving glasses in freezer.
2. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into cold serving glasses.

TIP

Freeze your chopped-up fruit beforehand, or add extra ice to make your smoothie extra refreshing.
