Thanks to ideal growing conditions, melons are in season all year round and grown across most states and territories within Australia.
1/4 rockmelon and 1 cup watermelon, cut into chunks
1 cup (250ml) skim milk
1 cup (250ml) vanilla fat-free yogurt
1 cup (250ml) crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Makes about 4 cups
Stir briskly before serving
