RECIPE: Mixed Berry Margarita

An Amigos signature frozen margarita with El Jimador Reposado Tequila and Chambord Liqueur, blended with mixed berries and a little lemon.

Ingredients

• 1 scoop of ice
• 30ml El Jimador Reposado Tequila
• 30ml Chambord Liqueur
• 30ml Light Gomme Syrup (Sugar Syrup)
• 15ml strawberry topping
• 60ml fresh mixed berries
• Sugar (for glass rim)
• Icing sugar (dusting)

Instructions

1. Rim Martini glass with sugar.

2. Fill blender with one scoop ice.

3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

4. Pour into glass and garnish with one small spoonful of mixed berried and icing sugar.
