Here is an easy peasy recipe for toasted sourdough with Nutella, strawberries, passionfruit, and mint. It’ll be a new family favourite.

Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 slice sourdough toast
- 15g (1 Tbsp) Nutella®
- 3–4 strawberries, sliced
- Pulp from 1 fresh passionfruit
- Mint leaves, to garnish
Method:
1. In a small bowl, combine the strawberries, passionfruit pulp, and mint.
2. Toast the sourdough and transfer it to a plate.
3. Spread Nutella® over the warm toast, then top with the fruit mixture. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
Tip: 15g of Nutella® per person is the perfect amount to enjoy its rich, delicious flavour.
