My tastebuds are tantalised at the thought of the Ingham Breast Strips with Spicy Sweet Corn Salsa, and if you want to give it a try too then here’s how.

1 pack Ingham Breast Strips
1 cup Corn kernels, thawed
1 small Red capsicum, washed and diced
½ Red onion, chopped
1 tbsp Pickled jalapeno chillies, chopped
½ bunch Coriander, chopped
½ Lime, zest and juice
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into a bowl, season and mix.
Cook Ingham Breast Strips as per pack instructions and serve with salsa.
