Makes 8 cups
You will need:
1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice (approx. 5 lemons)
½ cup caster sugar
3 tsp. Queen Rosewater Essence
6 cups icy cold Sparkling Mineral water
Ice cubes, to serve
Fresh edible rose petals, to serve
Fresh mint sprigs, to serve
Place lemon juice, sugar and Queen Rosewater Essence into a large jug.
Stir with a wooden spoon until sugar is dissolved.
Add cold Sparkling Mineral Water, ice cubes, rose petals and mint sprigs.
