Refuel with this delicious post-workout energy boost. Australian Bananas are packed with potassium, folate and vitamin B6, essential for fit bodies, making them the perfect topping on your choice of bread.
Ingredients
• 2 bananas, sliced
• 2 slices of your favourite bread, toasted
• 2 teaspoons butter/margarine
• 1 tablespoon honey or golden syrup
Method
1. Spread the toast with butter and the sliced bananas.
2. Serve drizzled with honey or golden syrup.
