SKI Goes Pink for the McGrath Foundation

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and SKI has pledged to come to the party after a pink makeover for a limited time in support of the McGrath Foundation.

SKI has committed to donate $350,000 over a three year period to fund a McGrath Breast Care Nurse in the local community, they have described it as ‘building a nurse from yoghurt’.

1kg pots of SKI D’lite, Divine and Soleil have all come out sporting a pretty pink makeover just in time for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, to help raise awareness, and I know that I will be out looking for them – especially now that I’ve discovered Soleil is fat free. SKI expects to sell 3.5 million yoghurts in October alone which will mean Australians are certainly doing their bit to help give back to the community and the McGrath Foundation.

“It’s a beautiful synergy – farming communities helping to provide SKI® to supermarkets and consumers giving back to the communities that need it most if ever they require the support of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse,” said McGrath Foundation CEO, Kylea Tink, who is proud of the Foundation’s new relationship with SKI.

The SKI range makes it so simple for every customer to support such a worthy cause during Breast Cancer Awareness Month because they really do have a yoghurt to suit every taste and occasion.

SKI D’lite is calcium rich, packed with protein and available in many d’liteful fruit flavours. The yoghurts are 99% Fat Free

SKI Divine is the indulgent offering, super creamy and available in six succulent flavours and made with thick whole milk.

SKI Soleil is endorsed by Weight Watchers, it is fat free and less than 1% sugar while still being thick and creamy. (I will be heading out to check out the range of flavours very soon.)

Each of the SKI ranges, in 1kg tubs, are available in Coles, Woolworths and IGA with a RRP of $5.69.

SKI have also developed some pretty in pink recipes to grace the tables of those holding events to raise money and awareness in Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Perfect for morning teas, high teas, girls’ nights in and all manner of events. I will feature these recipes in separate posts in the very near future.
